    1. That’s such a cool find! Imagine the stories behind that bottle your great grandma probably grabbed it thinking she’d drink it later.

Poor little guy has been waiting long enough. Pop that cap off and get to drinking, brother.

Whoa! Been a long time since I thought about Big Bear. I remember seeing a giant motorized shopping cart in their parking lot when I was a kid. I also broke a huge bottle of wine there with one of those sticky snatch hands from the gum-ball machine.

Are you from Ohio or West Virginia? Big Bear was a thing when I went to college in southern Ohio in the 1990s.

    5. I know I was seven that year, OP, you dirty dog. No need to rub it in…too bad it wasn’t New Coke™ which was introduced 4/23/85

    6. yeah that’s probably a collectors item, It would probably be worth some money. definitely don’t open it and i’d honestly contact an Auction or maybe even Coke directly they might be interested in buying it off you.

That’s awesome. My friends dad has 2 unopened Pepsi bottles from the USSR when he visited in the mid 80s

    8. Boy, was I disappointed when 1984 was not celebrated. I was into science fiction and also a big Bowie fan at the time and – nothing. It was like Y2K.
